Default Looking for a decent Custom shop in Lexington, KY

I live in Lex Vegas Kentucky and I need some recommendations on a place where I can get some good tint, rims, and generally where someone is going to treat my car good when I take it to them.

Any suggestions?

For aftermarket parts and wheel/tires:
http://www.streetsports.com/
Good shop, but pricy. Sean will talk your ear off...

For wheels and tires:
http://www.sstire.com/retailpages/st...ncecenter.html

For tint:
Precision Tinting Inc
(859) 272-8468
(859) 271-0333
3733 Nicholasville Rd # 202
Lexington, KY 40503

Steer clear of Trail Blazers for anything.

Personally I do most of my shopping online. Let me know if you need any help with installs. Springs, intakes, exhaust (bolt on) etc, can all be put on yourself for a substantial cost savings plus you get the benefit of knowing you did it yourself.

What rim brands does S&S usually have? I was looking to buy my rims online. How do you feel about this?

Not sure exactly what S&S carrys. As far as buying online goes as long as you know what size and offset will fit you can't go wrong with a reputable place. The only bad part is not being able to see the wheels in person. You could go to a few shops to just look and then check prices online. I have had good luck with http://www.tirerack.com/ You can see the wheels on the car to at least get an idea what it will look like. Also check out other peoples rides on here to see what you ma or may not like. Good luck with it. Buying wheels is a tough choice...at least your stockers are nice until you decide.

http://www.carxpressions.com/ is S&S tires website, you can see all the different styles of wheels they carry,If you call ask for Nate. For tint call McCoy's in nicholasville and ask for Royce,or call 255-6602 its S&S tires retail store beside trailblazers ask for Scott or Greg,They have a tint guy that is great. For performance http://www.racingtechnologyco.com/ ask for Justin he is real cool. When you call any of these places tell them Bump told you about them it will usually knock off a few bucks. To talk about shops and how good they are post on www.lexistreets.com and ask peoples opinions and you will usually get a good idea of where to go the site is owned by justin grubb from racing technology. Anyway I hope this helps,if any of these people are not helpful let me know and I will cuss them out for you

If you want to make the trip up to Louisville, ZPI is up here and also HighRPM and Autolab, all great shops, ZPI has a lot of strictly Scion parts and if you come up here they'll usually hook you up...anyway figured id throw that in there, i used to live in Lexvegas, and ive been to Street Sports, and got a couple of things from them, but they are a little high.
