not too much of the car scene here... see tc's everywhere but thats about it.
you could check out importsnc.com (like someone already suggested) or the local scikotics chapter or something.

The car scene is actually getting better, well around Charlotte area id say. Im not into crews, but I go to car meets and talk to some people with tC's usually. Compared to the amount of other cars there, yeah tC's (there's no other Scions usually) aren't that popular within the meet. But if more and more people come out into the area the bigger they will get. Lol just my little speech.
