Who's gonna be out in Rocky Mount this saturday night for DropJaw's Winter cruise tour besides me?

 

nope can't make it, broke now, after the hoilday, i am stuck at home for a while

no i guess not. i could happen if u really wanted it to, but i am sure we both have better things to do.

 

I was going to wait and go to the one in Raleigh next month b/c I was hoping to be able to drive my truck, but I doubt it'll be ready by then (since I haven't worked on it much at all). The weather is supposed to be nice this weekend, so I might try to go to Rocky Mount instead.

 

I doubt I'll be in rocky mount. But I may ride over to fayetteville for the stop on the 20th. Maybe I can meet some new Scion people there.

 

So, are you definitely going Prototype? If so, which car are you bringing? I'd love to get a close-up look at that boosted tC. I just found out I have to work tomorrow morning, but I'm going to try to be there sometime around 3 or 4. And, with all the people who live around here, is nobody else going?

how come all the car shows happen a week after i get off of leave....that blows. wish i could attend

/\/\ No pics here, didn't have my camera but it was a BLAST! Nice turn out and i got there around 4-5pm and even that early it was a nice crowd.

Laid down a nice pair of rubber where everyone was doing burnouts and i was supprised to leave 2 trails of tires!!! I was expecting 1 with the open differential and all. Latter that night there was drifting and more burnouts, cops, ect. Alot of nice peeps out there. Always fun to mingle with the crowd!

BadHabit came out. Got to met him, show off the car. It was a blast. Fayetteville's next!!!

 

I've got a few pics, but I've been slack about getting them on here (I'll get around to it eventually). Probably won't make it to Fayetteville, but I'm definitely going to Raleigh. I want to take the truck, so I'll probably be working on it until the Feb. show. We left Rocky Mt. kinda early b/c I was dead tired after working all day and then had to drive an hour back home. I would've said goodbye and all that good stuff, but I thought you had left until we got into the car and were pulling out and I saw you going back across the lot. I hate that we missed all the late night hellraising, but I figured there wouldn't be a whole lot else going on after everyone kept getting pulled for doing burnouts and all. I guess I figured wrong. Hopefully the Raleigh police won't be their normal-a-hole-selves at that show. I'll post links to the pics as soon as I get them uploaded.

BTW, props on the turbo install... very clean, and from what I heard of you tearing across the parking lot, that thing sounds mean. Maybe I'll get to see that thing at the track one day.

 

Yea I was out there for the whole nite time thing...i thought it was a pretty decent turnout even with the jerk cops sending us home early- definately had a great time...esp watching the burnouts and the mini truck out there throwin' sparks
