i JUST saw my first scion commercial outside of san diego (saw them all.the.time when i was over there). it made me smile.

 

They've recently been doing a fair amount of advertising on certain channels. If you watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network (later on at night) they advertise Scion pretty regularly. Most often they advertise two different cars back to back!

I fully agree with you, it is nice to see them being advertised.

 

I have never seen a TV commercial for Scions in N.C. area. I had read on SL, that Scion advertises in non-mainstream media outlets, so while in Barnes&Noble a few days ago, I checked out the mag. section. I found the Scion xA ads in the June-July2006 issue of Mean Mag. and also a mag called Metro Pop, as well as one called Inked. The Mean mag was actually interesting enough for me to buy it. Scion is certainly not aiming for the country club set in these mags!
