This is the official thread for the October 20th meet

Oxmoor Toyota Scion and Scion Corps present the Four Roses Distillery tour.

Oxmoor Toyota Scion and Scion Corps invite you to attend a day of unique fun. On Saturday, October 20th there will be a meeting of Toyota and Scion owners from the region gathering together in Louisville for a cookout and then a trip to Four Roses Distillery for a guided tour.

In attendance, thanks to Oxmoor Toyota Scion, will be the new Scion xB and Scion xD. Enjoy then chance to check out to new great vehicles up close and personal.

When: October 20th
Where: ***’s Park on River Rd in Louisville
Time: Cookout at 11am. Leave for Four Roses from 1:30pm to 2pm.

Please let us know how many will be attending so we can have a good amount of food and waivers present.

Disclaimer: We encourage as much photography at the park as well as the caravan, but please keep safety in mind and be aware of your surroundings. You represent not only you but others putting on the event and also attending. There will be a designated lead and chase vehicle to make sure everyone stays together and doesn’t get lost or separated.

Less than a week to go.

Who is organizing this and why are there two different threads on this? How many people are you expecting so far?

 

One was for the idea and this one is for the actual event so you don't have to read through all the replies.

So far about 30 people have responded on local forums. There still might be people from IN and OH coming too. Not sure how many others since Oxmoor mailed out a bunch of flyers and info to their customers.

 

sounds cool. I was wondering how long it takes to get there and how long the tour will be to figure out an idea of when I will get home.

 

Had a great time. The tour was great too.

Glad soemone took pics. I still can't find my camera. Probably still packed with some of my honeymoon stuff.

Can't wait for the spring meet. Talked to a friend at the slugger museum and he is going to see if they can make some bats with the scion logo on them.
