Default September Chattanooga Area Cruise-In

Hey everybody. I was just gonna start a new post for the September meet in downtown Cle-vegas on the 30th. I hope that some of you who couldn't make the August meet can make this month and as always I hope to meet some newbies at the show. So, lay it on me, who is planning on making it to the meet at the end of this month?

What up ladies and gents, I'm back! I've been visiting my wife fam in
England. It was an awesome trip but was suffering from lack of Scions. I did see alot of pretty wicked cars along with many other amazing sites. My acess to the internet was pretty non-existant because we were on the road touring the country. They charge you for everything over there so you even have to pay for internet acess at hotels. I rented a storage unit to park the B while I was gone. She was sittin pretty when I got back. I did get to drive a BMW while I was there which was pretty sweet.

I am ready to get back in the swing of things now that I'm back. We need to start planning the cook out. If anyone has any ideas let us know. I'm definately down for the cruise in but this month I want things more organized. Last month we were a little to spread out and I think we need to work on our location. we also need to find a shady area. To anyone who came that I didn't get to talk to much, I apologize. With so many new people and the way everyone was spread out it was hard to make my rounds. I'd like to thank everyone for thier paticipation and would like to see you all back this month.

Default Meeting

This lady that my girlfriend works with has shown some interest in coming so we may be able to rope her in. I still haven't done any mods yet the guy over at Installations is finding a strut tower bar for me. I got my VVT-i emblem in for my grill but I haven't had time to go get the stuff to make my Scicokid custom grill. I know I know I am a poser trying to put other peoples creations on my car. But what can I say it looks bad a$$. I just bought a new video/digital camera so I will be able to take pictures and make videos without having to use my phone this time.

Default Thanks

Thanks man I will probably need your help in order to get it done. It doesn't sound like it is easy, there is very little space in there. I really don't want to have to pay to have it put on. Do you have to take the front bumper off?

Yes, the front bumper has to come off. It takes like 2 minutes though, no biggie.

Default Gutter Guard

I went and picked up the gutter guard yesterday. Did you just paint it with spray piant or did you have it powder coated black?

spray bombed it pretty heavy with rustoleum, but its best to get the pieces all fitted first before you paint.

Default Fitting

I am going to work on fitting it this weekend the upper grill doesn't look like it is going to be that difficult. The bumper looks like it is going to be a pain in the a$$ to take off though.
