Default Wow the FMF show blew...

Other than a handful of Scions that were very nice, the show was a major letdown.

For $20 a person they could have brough in some exotics or something. There weren't very many cars in total and it was very disappointing for me. A couple friends drove down from Maryland to hang out for the weekend and we went to the show for the day and I actually felt bad they drove so far for such a weak show.

The tc and xb's were cool to look at and I really liked the green one there like my wife's. Three of the xb's had the Scion Life decal so that was cool.

I just wish there was a bit more to see at this kind of a show. I expected way more cars, vendors and spectators.

Anyone else disappointed overall in today's show? If it didn't cost $20 to get in, I wouldn't have been so upset, but to drive all the way over there, shell out $20 a person and be done in under two hours is crap.

If you're looking for something more "family" oriented - check out Ripley's Aquarium at Broadway. The kids usually love it and you can really spend some time in there.

As far as the show goes , so far I have loved it. It's been very very long days but still pretty fun. Probably not the best place to take the young ones though - it's very loud.

I had the green rs3 in the show. Be thankful you only paid 20 I paid 60 and my car tied up all weekend. And got no trophy LOL But the dirty xb outside went home with one. Hell if I had known the way things were gonna run I put mine outside. At least I could have rolled down the strip a time or 2. But yes I agree it sucked big time. But it was nice talking to you a the show and thanks for the props. Jeff

I agree with the above. I was the BCP XB. I agree the dirty not much done XB takes trophy and we pay $60 and lose the use of our car for 3 days......and only one trophy for the Scion's? wasn't it a Scion dealer sponsored show? It was great hanging out with the QC people also as always....

I thought it was BS that there was only 1 Scion trophy and 3 "Donk" trophies. I mean the come on. But I still had a good time while I was there. Please keep in mind that this is the first time the show has come to Myrtle Beach. I still thought there were some nice cars there. I can't figure out which one I like better Jeff's RS3 or the widebody NSX. lol I know I liked it WAY better that H.I.N. I'm going to start working on putting together a Sparks Scion meet after NOPI sometime. Anyway here's a link to the pics I took.
