well like I said the car is getting fixed no frame damage or nothing like that so just waiting on all parts and the work to be complete. I talked to my insurance company today. I had to do a recorded statement because after they looked at the police report and talked to the jerk i mean the other driver and got his statement. They decided that they would not pay for the damage to his vehicle because of what he did. So they needed my statement so if it goes to arbrition they will have that recorded.From what they said the guy admited to them that he did slow suddenly without warning, he didn't tell them he stoped but i put that in my statement. He was mad when they told him they wouldn't pay for his damage so its up to the insurance companys now.
