washed my car today. found yet another lovely chunk of paint missing from my best friend, heintz scion @ mankato. so they will be repainted a 3rd time....

if you go to another scion dealership u will have to pay for it yes? or will they cover the warrenty there too?

the warranty is through toyota/scion. i doubt if the dealership matters. if they tell you that you have to go to them to get this problem fixed, i would try and call toyota/scion corporate offices and explain to them your problem and how Heinzt isn't fixing the problem.

Show up when they paint it and take pics until they are done...guaruntee they do it right. Legally, they have to tell you when it is, and you can be present. It isnt tresspassing when its your property.
