HIN Minneapolis
So you drop your car off on friday and get it back on sunday. Do you take your battery out after you park it in the building? I am going to go for sure, I will have to find out the rules and regs from HIN to find out if it is worth the hassle. I might just go as a spectator.
yeah man...
ok lets start up a list of people who are willing to enter and a list of those going to spectate
then thos that are gunna enter can plan to go together and then meet up with those going to spectate

I am on the fence right now. To make an informed choice somebody needs to get a schedual of the event. I just need to know how much time is going in to this. Plus I live in Hastings and that makes it difficult to commute, I also have a 15 month old and if I need a ride home saturday at 2 a.m. I don't expect my wife to pick me up with my kid in the back seat.

Adam I was in Autovations twice, basically here is the rundown.
You rollin as a group from the back entrance, meaning me waravan there from a meet location.
Once inside after they choose our worthyness, we park as a group in a designated location that will more then likly be chosen by them prior to our arrival.
We get a chance to wash our cars at the bay area just inside the door but not on the showfloor. Then we park, do all of our final waxing and detail work, set up the displays and get it completly ready for the show. Once completly ready you remove the battery cables, you dont need to pull it out of the engine bay, you just need to remove the cables.
Then you leave and have somone pick you up out front lol
Be sure to arrive the next day about an hour or two before the actual show begins, so you can set up your power converter and extension cords and do any last minute dusting...because it is dusty in the convention center and the lighting they use for the show exagerates the dust big time.
After the show, the tare down begins and everyone re-connects the battery, about 30 people will ask you for a wrench and you roll out.

i will have the grill material on monday and they match the seat covers the floor mats and i'm still thinking about getting peddels again for a iron cross theme box. now if i could just get some sponsership from westcoast choppers that would be the sh*t
O.K., since there has been little discussion about this since january 16th, who has signed up for this? I am planning on entering, I just don't want to be the only scion from the group sitting thier during the show.
If you guys are planning on rolling up there at some point, I think I wanna go with you. I just started on my xB like a week ago, but by september it should look pretty decent. (not show worthy, but it'll have mods) that being said, if you;re trying to arrange some sort of massive scion repping before hand i'd be down for sure.
