Default I have a new job....

So I just wanted to let everyone know that I got a new job and don't work at Toyota anymore. I am still going to try to go to any meets...definitely MNSC meets (my Honda fits in better there ) I will also be at the focus group on Tuesday. I still know people at the dealership of course...if you have a problem feel free to contact me still!

I want to thank everyone for all of the fun we have had the last year and in getting Scion going here in Minnesota.

Sorry to hear about you leaving the dealer. I wish you luck on your new job.

I guess I will direct dealership needs to Ross over at Maplewood Toyota. I have worked with him and we set up a car show last year so I know him.

Wow, thats surprising. I thought youd be there for years.
Must be a difficult place to work.

I hope your new job is going well. I've had allot of jobs, over 15. I could always tell within the first 2 weeks if it was a ____hole, or if it was a keeper.

Goodluck, and hope to see you around...see you tomarrow. Also, what apartments do you live at? I went and looked at the ones off of Schmidt, they were f-ing expensive. A one bedroom was 1000 a month, not including utilities. But they were really nice, almost like a resort.

stoneleigh at the reserve...yeah my one bedroom is $846 but that was with a rent special. I love living here though. They are really nice and helpful. It is also a pretty crime free and well kept area. When did you come by? You should call. You could have checked out my place!!

I have never bought a house so I am sure I wouldn't qualify for anything like that. Some day though! My brother just bought a house. I want to have some money saved and down when I buy a house. Also, I hate yardwork. I am allergic to grass and some trees so I can't mow the lawn.

That sounds cool. What city is it in? Twin city metro area is allot more expensive then Rochester.

Yea Jess, it was the stonleighme apts.
I was there 2 saturdays ago. I cant afford 1k a month and add another $2 to 3 hundred for all utilities, phone, cable and a garage stahl.

So I got a different place in plymouth for $750 a month all utilities included and a heated underground parking spot. They dont have a weight room or party room, but they have a pool.

I just bought a condo in Hopkins. $4500 down and it's only costing me $650 per month. 2bedrooms, one bath, detatched garage. The association dues are $200 a month, but that covers water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal and exterior maintenance.

It's defanately something to look at.

Rochester is MUCH cheaper than here then. My two bedroom 1100 sq ft apt is 900/mo. A house like you are describing here in the twin cities (in a decent area in decent shape) would be closer to $275,000, and I have actually seen townhouses here go for more than that.

I am feeling that pain now.. we are trying to buy a house later this year.
