I got a p1 jdm front lip kit..I was wondering if a maaco paint job would be that bad for paiting this. I understand its not gonna be best quality but..will it be that bad?

 

I don't have any experience with maaco, or any other paint shops for that matter, but I don't think that they could screw it up that bad...

 

take it to a good shop... it will cost more but with the maaco the paint will start to peel after like 6 months

 

im not even sure if they will do it. im in bergen county...and i called a maaco shop and they claim they dont do painting like that...i cant beleive thats the truth but thats what i was told... if u get it done let me kno what they quoted you on that...it should be hella cheap..its maaco lol

 

I remember when they had their $200 specials. Entire car painted for $200. RIGHT!!! I've seen those paint jobs. a kid with spray paint could do better. lol

 

My buddy works for an auto body shop and he could paint it for you, he painted all my interior pieces he could do the lip kit for you. he is located a little north of the cities.

 

Maaco is pretty horrible. They don't usually do any body work, and you get what you pay for. I'll keep it at that. Had previous experience with them.
