yes. I don't know what they go for. Just name your price...or you can break it, then sell it to me for dirt cheap

just a little update. I got some plexiglass and cut out a frame for the LCD. took frickin' 3 days to cut a hole out of it. Then once i was done, I scrapped it cause there were cuts from me cutting too far . So yesterday I went to Home Depot and got me some more plexiglass and a Dremel, which I should have gotten in the first place.

Any updates on the project?

I am waiting a few months, but I've got my car pc... or carmac all planned out. Rather than building a pc I chose the mac route since it's all put together already and I'll be able to lead windows on it.

Where are you sticking your pc? I can't choose a location. I'm debating having in in the dash behind the screen or in the glove box.

I had to sell it. I had the stuff behind the screen in the dash, it was very cramped. I had the motherboard tilted in order for the D-SUB cables to be attached. I had a thin fan right behind the screen and some foam on the top to keep the air from the heater blowing into the case.

I sold it cause it wasn't a good place to put it and also scratched the screen when I was mounting it into a custom frame I made. It worked good but I would place the PC under the seat next time.

I am thinking about getting a MAC mini next time also or the Shuttle X100

That sucks - but hey if you want to Mac Mini I have one going on sale soon. (Buying a 24" iMac!! )

It's not an intel one but it'll be cheap and when it's not loaded down with pro apps like I have on there now it's snappy!
