At this point, I don;t think that I can make it... I have a Cosplay compitition on Sunday the 29th that I have to prepare for!

I think we need to set up a meeting time. It takes a bit over an hour to get there and I imagine that most poeple like to sleep in on Saturday monrings.

As far as locations go, I think a good spot would be in across the river from Downtown St Paul. There's a parking lot right next to the Wabasha Street Bridge.

To get to the parking lot from just take a left right after you cross the bridge and them make another left. The road curves used the bridge to the parking lot. The map will help.

thanks nick for starting to look into that. when i have time today i will look at the map and see if that is the best place to meet and i will let you all know..

 

the nice thing about this locatin is that we can get some great shots of the skyline with our rides.

 

the spot nick is talking about is real easy to get to. and also their is another location on sheppard rd along the river by the dowtown st paul post office also that we could meet at.. what do you think??

I am going to Mistic Lake that night, dressed as Darth Maul. Treasure Island is kind of far away.

 

I have never been to treasure island so that is why this meet is their. have been to mistic several times and never won

 

ive been to TI one time... it was fun and they serve pepsi product not stupid coke! and its not so crowded and shiz... if there will be an opportunity for good shots we shold go to the place nick suggested... i lovr takin pics!

 

I go to Treasure Island every year in August with the family for the Corvette show! My Dad shows his 84' so he can get a participation plaque. It's an OK place to spend your time and money, overnights are more fun.

 

what i'm thinking is a time around 10-1030 to meet up and take some photos and then go???? also i think that the spot nick picked out is good but when we leave we all will get seperated. so i think the best spot is on sheppard rd on the river under the high bridge will be the best no lights...what to you think?

NICK I'M TALKING ABOUT WHEN YOU ARE GOING EAST ON SHEPPARD/WARRNER RD NEXT TO THE RIVER BUY THE DOWN TOWN STP POST OFFICE THERE IS A PARKING AREA THAT IS WHERE I THINK WOULD BE BEST TO MEET IT IS LIKE JUST ACROSS THE RIVER FROM WHERE YOU WANT TO MEET. IT IS JUST UNDER THE HWY 52 BRIDGE ON THE RIVER
