Has anyone here been to Second Life yet? (Or has everyone but me already mastered it? ) www.secondlife.com

When I was at the Chicago Auto Show seeing the new xB and xD *in person*, they had a virtual room on Second Life mirroring the press party for the new cars. There was even a character just like Mark Templin, the Scion VP who was doing the talking in Chicago, mimicking the speech in Second Life. A virtual press party! By the way, the Hypnotic Teal is a fabulous color!!

I went to Second Life today, and managed to crash the app about 15 minutes into it.

I'm told I can configure a Scion xB to drive around in there, so of course I want mine to be the RS 3. :D

If anyone has mastered Second Life, or can help me with some basic instructions, please let me know.

I also took some pictures at the auto show, and have the new magazines on order. They should be in any day. Until they come in, I'll share my one tattered copy if you want to come see me and look at the pictures of the accessories and stuff.

I am psyched now for the new models! Maybe I should go back into Second Life and see if I can do a Teal xB! :D

i have second life but its too slow and stupid so ive only been on it a lil bit... dunno much about it too help ya t all

i bet chicago was a blast! we will hafta see thos pics

 

i dont have time for a virtual life.. lol

 

Flecs- I thought it was just me! If this is configured for the video gamers, forget it. Maybe it's a beta version.

lol... i dunno... its probably better if you get the "payed account" and the free accounts are just proably super slow
