Last night around 10:30pm

I was heading home from North Memorial MC. There was a polar white xB, with a white vinyl deal thingy in the windshield...forget what you would call it.

Had the hatch open and was throwing somthing in there. Looked like he had some mods, couldnt really tell though. Flat tire?

 

it migh tbe the guy who may be comming to the cruise... he has a banner going across the top of his windshield... actually got a ticket for it i belive... it goes down to far
