i finaly got a crack in my windshield... down the left egde... not sure when it happend.. probly on my way to skool this morning

crappy but i feel ur pain i cracked one 2 weeks ago then took it to the dealership and since i own 2 scions from them they replaced it no charge. well on saturday i was on the freeway and the new winsheild cracked again. they wont replace a second one for free.

 

dang! well think about it this way... your still only having to pay for 1 and not both of them

yeah... i knew it was gunna come one day... i saw an xb at the mall the other day... brand new... dident even have plates yet... and its window already had a line across it... sux!

 

yea if i had to say that there is a downfall on the xB it would have to be the thinking behind the windsheild angle.

 

Same here, I have gone through 2 cracked windsheilds and have a chip in the current one. My insurance company so ____es me off, but at lease I have free glass coverage.

The one thing that I must mention is that everytime I have had mine replaced, I have to call them out to fix it. Both times there was a leak in the seal on the top half of the windsheild. Don't replace it if you don't have to, it will never be the same.

True! I love the looks of the car but that is a major flaw to have the windsheild at that angle.

That sucks man I know when I can start driving to school in January Im going to crack it before the summer. Its a forty five minute drive through rock infested highway

 

yeah thats like me... i gotta drive about a half hour to school and back everyday
