My tickets just showed-up and the letter says "In addition, we will be providing parking for Scion guests at" but nothing follows.

They also waited until Friday to send them.

I received a follow-up call from Scion VIP about the party Thursday and I mentioned that my tickets had yet to arrive; they told me they're having a problem with the mail, but since they have my name on the list, I can show up without the ticket. As far as the hotel reservation at the W, I need only present my ID.

Hey guys,

PREVUE is right around the corner, and we know you guys are excited as we are. Here's a quick post to help clarify some things ahead of the event:

1. PREVUE Parking - Complimentary parking will be provided courtesy of Scion to the first 100 Scions to enter the event parking lot located on W. 28th St. near the corner of 11th Ave. (Between 10th and 11th Ave, on same block as club). Please note - this is an open-air parking lot with parking lifts to accomodate a maximum of 220 spaces - this may exceed the comfort level of some; please use your own discretion. As standard with any parking setup, parking is at your own risk - but we have taken pains to inform parking lot staff of the custom nature of some of the expected Scions.

Scions entering after the first 100 Scion spots have been filled will be charged a flat fee of $30. There is another parking lot ON the corner of 11th Ave and W.28th St. (a few doors down from PREVUE parking lot) - this is owned by the same parking company and will serve as additional overflow for the event as required. There is limited street parking options in the immediate vicinity - these parking lots represent the most convenient choices for PREVUE.

A satellite image of the lot (in red) is pasted below for your convenience:

2. VIP Package Parking - those of you lucky enough to score a VIP package for the PREVUE event have been emailed separate parking details. Your parking is near the W Times Square Hotel, so you can park your Scion, check in the W, and take our shuttle to PREVUE (in that order). If you have not received this email (with PDF attachment), please email us at scion@urbanracer.com and we will resend.

3. Tickets - Because the invite list was extended to 450 owners from 300 and the Presential Holiday, we expect tickets to be delivered through Wednesday. Should there will be some cases where tickets do not reach their destination in time, there is a contingency plan. If you fall into this category, please contact us at scion@urbanracer.com or 718 279 2202. We will make specific arrangements with you - this is important as tickets are numbered and assigned to prevent overescalation of the guest list.

4. 21 and Over - This is just a reminder that this is a 21 and over event - this is a ordinance-based venue policy. Please understand we will be unable to extend admittance to Scion owners under 21 years of age, regardless of distance traveled - they will turn underage guests away at the door.

5. DJs - There have been a few questions about the DJ lineup for PREVUE. Scion is proud to deliver a mixture of internationally reknowned, up and coming, and legendary DJs for PREVUE - DJ Impulse, DJ Enferno, and Prince Paul.

DJ Impulse - http://www.myspace.com/deejayimpulse

DJ Enferno - http://www.djenferno.com/liveremixproject.htm

Prince Paul - http://www.vh1.com/artists/az/prince_paul/bio.jhtml

6. Don't Drink and Drive - this is our Public Service Announcment portion of the post. Seriously though, we are all planning to have a great time at PREVUE - but if that includes more than a little alcohol at the bar for you, please make arrangements for yourself ahead of time that don't include driving. Most of you are traveling with friends or club members - please do your part to step in where necessary. Driving while impaired is dangerous anywhere, anytime - but especially in a city as busy as NYC.

7. Crobar NYC=Studio Mezmor - we had hesitations about posting this as it may be more confusing to know than not know. However, some of you have checked out Crobar's website recently and noticed that it has announced the closing of Crobar. So, we wanted to reassure that the event is on as scheduled.

The reality is that the owners of the NYC club have stepped away from the Crobar association and have rebranded the club as Studio Mezmor - the club interior has been renovated and a launch party went down last weekend with Paul Van Dyk; the same staff and owners are still in place. To first time visitors, you will not even notice the rebranding - Crobar signage was never obvious and kept to a minimum. Bottom line is that this has not affected the event in any appreciable way - except that we are the first group to throw a party at the new Studio Mezmor.

If any of you have any more questions about the event - please email scion@urbanracer.com or call us at 718 279 2202.

See you at Scion PREVUE!

Do they have any weird rules, like forced coat-check and no hats?

first page says: Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No, there is no formal dress code but we always suggest "dress to impress."
