i visited their website for info and found none. they are promoting the Honda Hot fest at the same address, no mention of Scions on their home page.

 

Not to be a total _______, but you made it very loud and clear that were not interested in going to this show, so why do you care so much. Between all the posts in this thread all information has been passed that pertains

 

Is there a chance the event could be cancelled because of the weather??? Scattered thunderstorms tomorrow.......I have a 5hr drive total....at least

i believe the fact that it's a Honda Hotfest at the Jersey Scion show is relevant and previously unmentioned. i gave the promoters 2 months to convince to pay for this show and they have not. that is why i care. people also want to know about a rain date, has that been mentioned?

 

i still dont see why you are so concerned with this. you gave the promotors two months to convince you to come? so you talked to dan? what did he say to you to not convince you to come to the show? plus, since this is not a free event, i highly doubt you would have come anyway. i have never seen you at any events where there was a fee to enter, only at vip or dealership events where everything was free.



anyway, to those who are asking about a rain date, this is a rain or shine event. this guy runs all of his shows the same. there will be places to go for cover if it does rain, but because there is a chance of rain, he is not canceling the show


oh and the honda hot fest, is another show a promotions company is promoting (god forbid a promotions company doesnt promote) on their website that happens to be in the same parking lot. the two shows are not together and the cars arent going to be mixed together. ok next question please...

 

its not a 5hour drive.. i live in wantagh and i drove to PA (hershey) in 3hours.. jersey is a hell of a lot closer google map says an hour from my house n u live in suffolk, it takes me 45min to get to east moriches so u figure 1 hr 45min to 2hrs... realy not that bad of a drive idk where u get 5 hrs from lololol and so what a lil R*** cant harm anyone! it was scattered storms at the rockland show also but it kept going

 

You gave promoters 2 months to convince you? No one is here to convince you of anything. You read, make up your mind and that's it. No one cares to read any of your negative comments. If you've already made up your mind and you're not coming why do you care if there's a rain date?

 

Google map told me 2hrs 20mins one way....that's all....I'm not made of sugar, i won't melt in the rain...lol, I just didn't want to come all the way and then turn around. See you guys there "no fighting"

 

hahah well i guess they add on traffic or w/e but def shouldnt take that long.. hell when we used to train down to E*town for events one time took us 40mins lolol yea well rain or shine see everyone tomorrow!

me and rob just cleaned our cars.. my front bumper still look dirty.. needs a fresh coat of paint .. 2 weeks and my car will look like new

awesome event today. the weather was perfect. it was great to see many familiar faces and meet many new ppl as well. lots of sweet looking scions there today.

if you missed this event today, you missed one of the best events of the year. and this event will be even bigger and better next year.

well if you missed this show then you missed out big time bad rainy weather turned in a great day for a car show.if you thought it was going to rain said iam not going missed out on alot of fun and free ____.all i have to say is that next year with time and prep crazy scion show with dan.i wanted to thank every scion owner that came out to the show. if you like this show that we put togther in 2 months i got a whole year to plan one.
