8/29/2004 ScinergyIA meet!!
Our meet yesterday was a huge sucess and a lot of fun. We had 2 tC's 1 xA, and 4 xB's. we have a lot of photos up in the gallery on our website. we met at walmart, hungout and took photo's. Then we cruised through Marshalltown. We got a lot of looks and comments then eaded to Applebees to hangout some more and eat. While there we decided to go to the BigLots parking lot which ad a large embankment so we could get some overhead typ pictures. We all had a great time and promised to recruit more members and meet again on Sept 11 for our meet at Wilson Sion in Ames.

Damn you guys/gals are looking sweet. :D :D The background shot is sweet which reminds me of the late EXPOSED shot handled by Scion Evolution. I wonder if SOG will send you guys some t-shirts with scinergyia on the back? even some decals?
I got my bB clear headlights installed and now i am working with Richard to get adapters for the front turn signals. You can see them on Rodney's pics at Longo Toyota meet. My next thing is to install my Volk Racing GT-P wheels which came in, and later concentrate on my ICE and bodykit. Sam's lava is sweet with his bodykit and so is Tony's. I'm so late...
Take care Roy!!

Darryl thanks for the props, we have black Scinergyia t-shirts being made thanks to our local sponsor Wilson Scion in Ames. They also have Decals and recruiting cards being made up as well. Scion of Ames has been awesome. Alex "grizzly_Choppers) in parts is our man doing all the hard work at the dealership for us!! Our next meet is at the dealership and we should have an even bigger turn out from the sound of thing. I'm hoping to add a couple silver racing stripes to my box by that meet![/url]
Yeah, Wilson's is hooking us UP! The bosses have been really supportive of the club, especially our GM, Danny Wilson. His commitment makes my job of requesting stuff way easier!
I'm pulling all my strings to get our cars slicked up for the big show on the 11th. We're looking at closer to 15 cars on that day now! It's gonna be a PARTY! Everyone in the area is invited to come down and check it out and ALL those with a Scion are encouraged to display (even if you don't want in the club for some reason).
As for next summer... I still think we should hook up at the Alpine Visitor's Center in Rocky Mountain National Park. It's right on the continental divide at about 13,500 ft.! That would make some nice pictures! I think even the elk would stare. Maybe I'll trip on over to the Colorado region board and plant a seed with some Scionists there...

Yeah, Wyo would be cool too. I have checked out the Rocky region board and it doesn't appear to be the most stable place for new Scion clubs. You all can see for yourself on the board.
My folks live in Greeley, CO so we have a sort of home base there. I also have some friends left out there that we could impose on . Lets get our Emperors together and figure this one out!

Thanks for the props, all!!!!!!
Our meet was awesome, and our show on the 11th promises to be even better.
As for meeting in Wyo, I suggest "Devil's Tower"! If that doesn't make for some photo ops, nothing will!!!!
