As some of you know, we have been planning a bbq here in CT. People in the past have tried but have had to reschedule or cancel. We are opening this up to ALL SCION OWNERS. ScioNRG, Scikotics, Scion Evolution WHATEVER YOUR A MEMBER OF YOUR WELCOME TO COME!!! If your not a member of anything thats great too your welcome to come as well!!!!!

Even thou we are all in different teams we all share the same enjoyment and thats Scions!!!!

SO if you plan on coming this is what ya need to do. Let us know here if your goin to show and what you are wanting to bring. I think this would be the best way to do it and most cost effective for ALL the teams!!

Here are directions too :
Take Route 2 south to Colchester. Route 85 south to New London, take a right onto Boston Post Road (Route 1), and then take a left onto Ocean Ave. Right onto Niles Hill Road. Left onto Dimmock Road.

From Hartford area:
take Route 91 southbound onto Route 9 south. It will merge with Route 95, go northbound on Route 95, take Exit 75. Bear right at the end of the exit, you will be on Route 1. Proceed 3 miles to the light at Avery Lane (Route 213), turn right and follow to the park. Avery Lane will become Great Neck Road. The park will be on your right.
From Boston and Providence areas: take Route 95 southbound to Exit 81. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto access road and proceed to stop light. At the light take a left onto Cross Road and continue to the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and continue to the traffic light at Avery Lane (Route 213). Turn right onto Avery Lane and follow to the park. Avery Lane will become Great Neck Road. The park will be on your right.

From New York and New Haven areas:
take Route 95 northbound, Exit 75. Bear right at the end of the exit, you will be on Route 1. Proceed 3 miles to the light at Avery Lane (Route 213), turn right and follow to the park. Avery Lane will become Great Neck Road. The park will be on your right.

The date is the 17th and the time is rolling in Around 11 ish.

I just realized the post said harkness....there's a bunch of us having a meet at rocky neck state park on sept 17......

 

this is the same bbq, it was moved to Harkness due to larger area and grills.....

1 week togo.......I know there are more than 114 scion owners in the CT< RI< MA< NY and NJ area.....This is open to ALL scion owners!! Lets get a final head count and a list of who is bringing what so we know what is needed! Lets make this a great turn out!!!

 

I'd love to come, but it's a bit of a drive for me. I'll see if the wifey has anything planned that day.
