I think I know of some things that go on that shop that other people do not. Also a nice 300,000 dollar car that they just burnt to the ground. Just trying to look out for the guy. If he wants to bring his car there, thats cool. Just felt like I should warn him.

It was so quick coming home... took me 12.5 hrs to come back, and that's including hitting the GW bridge at 5pm haha. I wanted to get home sooooo bad. It took me like 14.5 hrs to get down there which sucked but it was nice weather so I didn't mind.

I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah its been a while since we talked. Been so busy with work, the girl and the car. Get home around midnight each day then up at 8 for work and do it all over again. I have some tricks up my sleeve for the car that are coming up. But if you need help with your car let me know. And if you can send me some pics on my cell I will see if I can get some estimates for you.

Nissan skyline R34 with forged 360 carbon fiber rims, race fuel tanks, nitrous... he was suppose to be the main attraction at HIN. All carbon fiber body etc. etc. Burnt down about ten minutes from my house. Still under investigation so dont know the cause of the fire just yet. 22 year old kid picked it up from the shop, drove it home and it burnt down on the highway. So who knows what it was from.

But the stuff that I KNOW they effed up on where pretty expensive. And a person I know that use to work there would tell me stories on how they would take off stock parts on cars and not give them back to the customer, then sell them to make some more money.

I really wish how his car burnt down. 12 piston calipers, 15.5 inch rotors, everything on his car was custom made.

http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3664252
cause if thats the post I just researched it....that car that is shown wrecked is NOT the car from Swift. After diggin and looking at pics...that car was shot by a photographer from Australia. I also found this link on the vwvortex site:
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3538905&page=1

not to sound like a jerk but no where does it say that the car Swift built caught fire or anything....maybe I over looked it and if I did sorry....the story about the people killed isnt from the states either..

Either way I hope it isnt true cause the car is simply stunning...would love to have one stock but aint gonna happen LOL
