alright well i decided to man up and just put it in.......... and it works great. actually the sound quality is so much better then before. i just have to hook up the e brake ground or should i say rig it up so i can watch some vids. next i wanna put some screens in there. so if i want multiple screens all with the same thing, do i just get a multi av jack?(don't know the actual name) and jump it from the av out port

thanks for all the input guys!!!

Just a hunch...

With the economy the way it is, and the cutbacks that toyota has been doing company wide especially with marketing, I would think that the VIP events would be one of the first things to go.... Im sure they wouldnt go bye bye 100% but I bet they cut alot of them...

We also have a new rep, Don Lomanto as Mike Lemke is gone already having moved on to another position...

I'm gonna start expanding my stereo setup soon...does anyone know what, if any, input/outputs the factory head unit may have? I like the factory head unit and like the steering wheel controls...so I wanna keep all the if it's expandable. I'm not a big fan of the speaker level to RCA level adapters as most of the ones I've used tend to pick up engine noise and/or decrease sound quality.

Gracias

i dont know if this is even the answer to your question... but i'm going to ramble anyways

go to walmart and get a line-out-adapter, brand is schosche.... it's a blue box that u plug wires into. u can splice the wires that go to factory headunit and put that in between and then hook up your system. honestly i didn't do the wiring - steven did - but i made a DIY and posted it on clubxb when we did it and i hooked up the subs to the stock head unit. and it sounds fine.
