nah... i get my money back then hire a hitman... then pull his eyes out, punch nails all over his body, tie him up and hang him upside down for a month, tape his mouth and nose close and have him breathe through one straw before i hand him over to the cops =)

just to clear this up. the turbo was shipped on oct. 11th. dkfung88 was told it would be a little while till i could get it shipped. I was on vacation when he sent the money and then I was working overtime almost everyday since i got back and ups closed before I could get there. and as far as scamming other people on other sites? the only other forum I have ever belonged to was newtiburon.com. i have perfect feedback on ebay and paypal. I just plain wasn't around and didn't have time to get it shipped.

you were told not to send the turbo and yet you ignored my messages time after time. opened a paypal claim, went through the whole process and yet did not get any money back because you have already taken the funds out. i am getting my bank to get me my money back and as far as if u really did send the turbo or not, i will return the turbo to u if i ever get it. im not interested in playing any games anymore. my credit card company will be retrieving the money from paypal and trust me, paypal has a repo organization that u will be hearing from soon if you dont clear it up with them.

 

I have sent an e-mail to paypal and was told by them that once i prove to them the item was delivered via tracking number that the claim would then be considered resolved

 

paypal has already decided that i have won the case and was told that i did not want the item anymore hence the claim was decided in my favor. it is too late for tracking numbers. i could care less if the item is sent to my house or not. my bank will retrieve the money back for me. u have caused enough trouble mike. its ironic how 05superwhite was also named mike who scammed other people on other scion sites. somehow i find that both of u guys are related cause he was from PA too

 

I know paypal has decided the case already. but in the e-mail they sent me it said as long as the item can be proven that it was delivered the claim will be automtically resolved. and as far as the 05superwhite bs? maybe you should check on when he joined and everything else. this is my first scion and only joined after i got it. i have dealt with a few people on this board in transactions both in person and through the mail. everyone of them would do business with me again.

 

thats nice that they would but i wouldnt ever again. and ur right, they did send that saying that if the item can be proven its sent, it will automatically be resolved but that was before they made the decision. but im not dealing with paypal anymore im going through my bank to get my money back. as long as i still havent gotten the turbo, my bank will work to get my money back regardless of what you say. its been almost a month, no word from u pm after pm. why is that? how come u ignored my messages when i told you not to send it and just refund my money?

its ok no need for anyone to call. hes a scammer himself. i have a claim opened against this guy cause he never sent me the turbo. how about you give me my money back

so i got my money back from my credit card company, they charged paypal and now its paypal's job to go after them instead of me losing money. personally i know how this system works... lol they will get his bank account information, get their address, and send repo guys out there. happened to be before, but i ended up paying the guy back so i was ok. he'll get plenty of letters in the mail before that happens tho... hey superwhite let me know when u get ur first repo letter =D
