hahah real funny lol.....shannon i only lowered my car 1.5 inches but ask scott he know more that i do about suspension...

 

you dont wanna go lower that 1.5 or 1,9 on the tC cause it looks retarted...

 

you dont NEED them. but i suggest them. the ride will be really bouncy with just springs. The shocks will stiffen everything up nicely and the ride will be much nicer and the car will actually perform better. the stock shocks are going to blow out quickie. Think about it, say with the stock set up the shocks are designed to travel say 10in, your going to lower the car 2in which means the shocks are always going to have 2in of travel on them at all times. and with the bumpy ride its only a matter of time until they pop. Ask Zack, im pretty sure he ran into a similar issue. he lowered his car with just the springs and now his front shocks are shot. plus, one good bounce and your going to shred your rear tires, not cheap if your still planning to get 19s.

 

So what if I don't lower it at all then, lol. Would 18s look retarded if my car wasn't lowered?

its gonna look like a 4x4 haha i see the RS1 tC with the TRD 18s and it looks like its ready to tackle the rock crawling course. if you ask me, zacks moms tC has the perfect stance. I believe its the TRD drop with some 18s. if ya go to low the rear wheel area looks funny...but this is just my opinon and its your car so you do what you want.

 

oh yeah scott if most of this snow is melted by thursday night we are going to this crazy spot for pics that i found its well lit and it will look sweet!!
