You won't need spacers, but I definitely recommend them to improve the appearance.
I rock 10mm One Ton Garage (link in sig) rear hub spacers, and I'm planning on purchasing 5mm wheel spacers from them as well. The 10mm shims push the rear wheels out to even up the offset between the front and rear, and also improve the looks 100%, as the rear wheels aren't as far inset with them on.
10mm hub shims and 5mm spacer shims would be a perfect combo. Don't feel a need to do them all at once either, you won't have any issues fitting the wheels as long as they're not over 7" wide.
