I think if i had to buy a new car right now i would seriously look into the Mazdaspeed 3.

LOL, Rob. I try not to think about the Mazda/Ford union. Kinda freaks me out when I see a sweet Mazda 3 or 6. I'm always like, oh man, I can't see the Taurus engine in that sweet Mazda 6, but I know it's there! Doh!

the only thing Ford about the Mazda 3 is the chassis. which is shared with the Euro- Focus ( which is one hell of a car) and the Volvo C30.

that 2.3T engine is an awesome peice. 263hp. LSD...mmm GTI/Si killer

looking around quick, i found the trd muffler for about 375. though idk if it actaully produces any power.

ok sounds good...is it the trd that the sell at the dealership or a dif one???

its the dealer one. i doubt there is any perfomance gains from it. minimal if at all.

i would say save up for a full cat-back setup (there are pletny out there) some muffler shops might even make you one for liek $250. Then get an intake while your at it. would probably give you an honest 10-12 WHEEL Horsepower. and if you feel the need there are tons of headers out there.

yeah i want a catback.....i got $1,052 saved up so i need to keep that for da rims....
