MINUTES: SPONSORSHIP FORUM 02-27-05 (SUN)
THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED SUNDAY'S SPONSORSHIP FORUM!!!
Hope we were able to cover everything and answer any and all questions!!!
Here are the MINUTES from that meeting:
I. Sponsorships
a. Full / Partial (Depending on Company) start with small companies!!
b. Partnership relationship to benefit both the company and sponsoree
c. Responsibilities for BOTH parties involved.
d. Products in turn for exposure on yearly contracts (most common).
e. Avoid as much as possible the ones that charge you!!
II. Exposure
a. At various Car Club Meets/Shows/Charity Events/Parades
b. A must to satisfy the sponsor.
c. Websites
d. Some BENEFICIAL sites to post your vehicle:

www.carsandrides.com
www.moviecarz.com
e. Some sites to AVOID:
www.sportcompactpro.com
III. Sponsorship Proposal
a. For assistance in putting together a proposal that will show your
style and creativity see:
1. Ikonxone - Sam
2. Hawaiianbuilt - Rodney
3. Showpaojoe - Joe
Again this is just a brief summary of what was mentioned at the meeting, feel free to contact either Sam, Myself, or Joe regarding sponsorship proposals.
