Yeah you don't need a spring compresser to install these, just be careful when you take off the jesus nut the strut shoots out a little bit. If you were in new jersey i'd do this for you. I'm 2 hours away though it looks like, dunno if you'd want to make the trip.

Just put the setup on the floor and put a foot on the spring, and slowly release the top nut until it comes out, the strut will shoot out the back about a foot or 2. It's not dangerous just dont have it facing anyone or anything.

it didn't look like he was spamming really, he has a few other legitimate posts it seems. they only had 11 posts, so it isn't like they were hardcore spamming their way to 50.
