No comment on the issues with the cops. I know i would jinx myself.

I hear that there is a stereo shop in Toms River that has a guy who is the best in the area. The shop is called Audio Connections on Rt. 37 West.

I know plenty of people in the NJ area that have had problems with tint... NJ law states that you can only have the rear windshield and the 2 side windows done.. The front doors and winshield are not allowed to be tinted.. I am not too sure what is the legal darkness tho..

Try there for local laws.. I would suggest asking a local officer but then your basically asking to get handed a ticket..

u cant have the front 2 windows and windshield at all, everything is no matter how dark is fine, and most places u go ull get ripped off, best bet is find someone who tints house windows, they always do it for cheap, thats what i did, and a spectaular job, i got mine done the whole thing excpet windshield 5% for $150, yes i went over the stock 35% ha, but any where else ur looking in the $250+ range

Just like everyone is stating, You can tint all your windows except your windhield and driver's door. The fines are becoming more and more brutal. Ive had it on all my cars and had problems with all my cars tint on the driver's door. COPS HATE IT. My advice is. DONT do the front with out the result of the chance of ticket's and/or court appearances.

Ive had to go to court a fe wtimes for tint of the front windows. Been lucky for a while and havent had no tickets. But I just ripped of my tint on the front windows cause I dont want no more tint tickets cuz there stupid anyway!

I looked it up... No front window visor tint allowed, No tint allowed on the front driver/passenger side windows. Rear side windows and rear windshield, any tint % is allowed.

I got mine done at "Sounds Impossible" in the Highlands, by a guy who only works Saturdays, he does commerical and house window work the rest of the time.

$130 for the back 3, he said he'd do the front 2 for an additional $40 any time in the future. Took him maybe 2 hours.

I got 10% (or something) solarguard, he seemed to do a good job.

I got mine done in Cinnaminson by a professional installer for commercial vehicles. The work is done at his home shop. $175

Word of advice the front windows weather stripping may need to be peeled back a bit or you might get scratch lines on the tint. It happend to my driver side and I am taking my car back to get it fixed, its garunteed work for life.

PM me for details
