Typically falling in a dream indicates never ending problems in your life. The fact that you landed means that they will soon come to an end yet the fact that you are upside down means that they won't go the way you wanted them to in the first place BUT since you tip the "car" over so effortlessly means that you will overcome them rather easily! ..... the animal part is beyond me but it seems like you are running away from something in your life....maybe you should face it
