for me its definatly worth it cause i pay so much for insurance on my car. for my car i pay 352 plus 460 for insurance. making 812 a month.

my brother has an SI and he pays 450 for car and 230 for insurance making 780. alil bit cheaper but a newer car u know wat i mean?

I <3 my hondas and my 05 xb is my first non honda/acura i've owned

Its just a more economical car

If you have a place to keep the car nice and dont mind spending the $ the si is great

I autox'd with mine, took it to tail of the dragon, etown etc etc

(also had about 10 sets of rims, time attacks, te37's custom painted, ssr professors etc)

yeah bro its effing OD. it got worse was when i got into my accident in october, the insurance is under my mothers name, i use to pay 300 for insurance before the accident and then it raised to 460 ugh im trying to see how this goes. hopefully i can geta good trade in value for my car, how many miles did ur car have when u traded it in bro? and wat dealer took it?


yeah bro before all this i was a volkswagen man, but then the electrical problems started ____ing me off so i gave up on that. my brother has an 08 si 4dr and i like the car alot, my last car was a 02 si the hatchbak(ep3) i love that little car but i wouldnt go FI with it, im more of an all motor type of guy. i wouldnt mine putting money on teh car and wouldnt mind autox-ing it either i wanna go to etown when i get it and first thing ill be doing is coilovers for the si. If i could have gotten a good Brand New RSX with 0 miles i woulda jump all over it. but tis jus too bad they dont make it anymore

 

PENN Toyota/Scion

36k miles on it and they gave me $10k for it and i had a K&N intake in ..try them out but i would personally not deal with them again....Westbury Toyota/Scion has some of the best Customer Service but they were giving me $1k less than them...

You are in a better position because mine was on S-Techs as well and the struts were BEAT up...so you can imagine the dealer's reaction...

If you're looking for your next vehicle to be NON Toyota, all this would be pointless because a Mazda or Honda dealer will give you a price of their own.

I suggest you start on Saturday or day that you're off and go all over the dealerships and ask them how much they are willing to give you for your tC but they WILL ask you if you're going to be buying a car from them....try a Honda and then a Mazda dealer...let them know that the car will be bone stock when you actually trade it in..

word that sounds about right. im gonna shop around different dealers, but im making the car stock before i do, im kinda glad i didnt put the springs on ill jus get rid of them seperately. im pretty sure ill get bout 6/7k for my car jus bc of the mileage on it but the exterior is clean as hell no scratches dents nothing of the sort.

nah im getting a new car. 0 miles. unless i get a used one with LOW LOW miles like under 10k miles lol i saw a few SI's for 18,000$ and only had 3k miles wasnt too bad. and i only owe 10k left on my car, if they did give me 9k thatw ould be great
