That's almost exactly how I built mine, but with the RS package (can't be without HIDs and projectors) and I kept the wheels the dark gray color. This thing is going to make every other ~$30k RWD sports car look like a complete ripoff.

GM's not going anywhere anytime soon. Chrysler has been in the dumps for 30 years, and they're still around. And with the Camaro coming out, expect sales to sky rocket for the next few months. They already have over 10,000 sold...I wouldn't doubt if GM sells more Camaro's than Toyota sells cars the month it hits the streets.

I can't wait to see what that thing will do at the track...GM is claiming a 12.9 from the factory. I wouldn't doubt seeing low-mid 12's with just an exhaust and slicks. Even the V6 is going to decimate. 21k for 306HP and 29MPG. Lol@Genesis.

quick question for u jon, how often should i change the oil to my car? i know people say anywhere in bewteen 3k and 5k, im running mobil1 synthetic btw. but i also here people saying u can go all the way up to 7500 miles between oill changes is that right?

You could make the Camaro a 10second car for the price of a new SRT8 Challenger. Cams, exhaust, procharger, and some monster tires to handle that 700RWHP LS3. :D

 

woops forgot to put i usually change it at 5k.

 

5k. Synthetic oils last longer, but the filter starts to break down at around 4500-5000 miles.

Just be happy you don't have to do it every 3k.

 

yeah thats what i figured, k thanx. im thinkin bout using OEM filters instead of mobil 1 filters
