i know i dont have everything to put it in yet...what do you mean by harness? i was going to pick up the mounting kit from crutchfield tomorrow, its like 12 bucks or something. where'd you buy the piece for the steering wheel controls? i do wanna get everything before i throw it in.

do you have it set up so you can close the door infront of it?

Yeah, gotta drill into the mounting brackets. The meta harness. its like AVIC d3 wiring -> metra harness -> car wire harness.

 

Same one i got, good shipping and reliable. I just installed it today. Wasnt so hard once i figured it out.

go to the install bay and be like can i get the scion tc (year) wiring harness to connect my avic d3. Theyll know what you mean.

 

go to bestbuy its on the shevles u can't miss it. it says toyota harness its the same as scion wen r u goign to do this lindsay if i may ask

 

make sure u get the ipod cable as well your going to need it

 

i honestly dont know yet, day. i didnt even get the HU in yet. plus i still have to buy the harness, the mounting kit and the steering wheel controls. Sooooo, whenever I get around to doing that, and when Kon has time to help me out for a bit, lol.

the kit i got comes with the BT and ipod stuff. im set.
