any word on Tom's car situation?

 

He's getting the money back that he put down on the xD. He's pretty set on getting an Inferno Orange Camaro SS.

Then imo you should steal it, and leave an IOU card with a detail letter of why you have stolen the car. Then paint the car. He would never suspect it was you.

 

I wouldn't paint it, I'd just get the black stripes put on :D.

Speaking of paint, I'm going to stop by some places and find out if my bumper is fixable. It should be, considering the only actual damage is the exhaust burn and where an L shaped bracket went thru my plates. If it's fixable, I'll just get the bumper and lip repainted. It should be a lot cheaper than buying a new bumper ($220), a new front lip ($171) and paint (~$350). Hopefully I can get it fixed and repainted for around $300-400.

 

Yeah that might make sense. They might have to do alot of molding though.

 

It's a small section...at most, it's about 2x2", plus the hole behind the plate is about 1x1". If I do have them do that, I might see if they would plug up my plate holes, and then I'd just get the PTuning plate bracket.

Either way, I'll be taking down the 'kick me' sign that's on the bumper.
