wtf im such a _____ now i havent been to the gym since last summer i was working out at 235 3 sets of 10 and i went to day and i could only get up 175 5 times so i had to work out at 155 and i gained 20 pounds from drinking lol

time to order so tes booster and work out hard at hell for 3 months and cut out carbs lol gotta look good for my last year of school

 

I need to hit the gym too. havent been since I busted my leg.

Q: Do you guys know where to get purple spray paint?

 

walmart and its mad cheap i would guess.

my traps are awesome. Not even going to lie. After like 2 months of shoulder work outs, my shoulders and traps are nasty. My legs are good too, but I got man *****, and that's no bueno.

Im going to scour NJ for purple spray paint tomorrow.

it's mad simple if you buy the meguirs kit. Has everything you need. I just read the directions and did a trial and error until I saw the dirt and crap coming off the box.

It's really easy. You just take the clay and mold it into a disc, then use the lubricant that comes with the kit and spray an area of the car and the bar, then just take the clay and go over the paint. Then you wipe it off and move to the next area lol. I just watched a how-to video on youtube and learned like that.

starting my instails in like 30 mins moving all the parts from my room to my garage..
