Los, I need you to help me out I tried calling you about this lastnight.

I called those a-holes yesterday and after 15 mins they finally picked up. I explained who I was and the guy was like, "Oh okay, hold on one second" he put me on hold and then a recording came on that said "Our customer service dept is now closed"

OH MY GOD...I want to go to Miami and break some kneecaps. I sent them an email, asking wtf happened. Please help meee
