Time to take your carpet out and just use a 2x4 and hammer

Is it tough to take the carpet out without effing it up? This whole thing is really annoying, the firewall is cracked on the passenger side.

Take out front seats. Then the center console. Then just the back seat cover thing. Then there are 2 pins holdings the carpet under that cover thing. And 2 pins on both sides in the feet wells.

 

To be honest, i think the easiest way to get rid of the bumps is to take the carpet out and like i said beat it with a 2x4 and a hammer. It should just pop back down. If not then you might have a bigger problem.

I need to fix it soon, it's really bothering me, I dont wanna have it start to rust, ughhh.

 

There's nothing I can do about it if it doesnt go back down, part of the frame is damaged. It's really annoying not saying anything about it to you know who.

Albeit they were doing me a favor.

Yeah, just hope the 2x4 does the trick. LOL and a cool trick that most people dont know. On our side skirts there are triangles that indicate where the jacks are suppose to go.

ha, well I knew that I even know where they go when you run your hand along the beam.

But for the passenger side I wasnt standing there when that side was jacked up.

Marlon wasnt at fault at all though for the drivers side, he had it up in the right spot, but the jack slipped when he was lowering it back down.

Another tip put the wheel under the car when jacked up. My jack slipped when i was beating my suspension with a pipe thank god i had my tire under the car.
