lol it is paint work on the front fender, Jim...I got the car 5 months ago its clean, but the fender was completely smashed in the first day I got it. Paint just looks bad in that photo...it matches in person. They painted the front bumper, fender and drivers side door. whatever. i love the car though.

i know a few people who have flyers tickets, text me later.
