I'm guessing I need a certain post count to make threads in DIY section? I have a question about Trans flush on manual and cant make a thread on the appropriate section.
Maybe someone here can help me on the mean time while I rack up some post numbers.
-Whats the best position to drain the transmission fluid? Will having 2 jacks at the front be sufficient to drain the necessary fluid or is it best to have it leveled and go the extra mile to jack the rear as well.
-Same question when filling, is it best leveled or it doesnt matter, the front jacked up is fine?
-Hot or Cold..is it best to have the Trans fluid hot when replacing (like changing motor oil) or it doesnt matter..can it be cold?

The DIY Forums here can only have threads placed in them by the SuperMods.
The idea is that the threads have proven answers that others can refer to and trust.
Questions about the cars start out in the car forums, and folks answer them there. A few eventually end up in the DIY section.
More often, though, the threads in DIY were specifically written as "how to" threads from the start.

The idea is that the threads have proven answers that others can refer to and trust.
Questions about the cars start out in the car forums, and folks answer them there. A few eventually end up in the DIY section.

I had to google what smh meant. Dont shake your head too much, judging from your post, its not on too tight. It might just fall off.
