I found one dream place, 500/mo. 15 minutes from work. Everything is included except electric. and the only thing electric is the stove and lights. Heat, water, sewage, trash is all included. Huge place, nice neighborhood. Too good to be true.... It was just taken after i left from looking at it!!!!!!!

Not to say anything, but at those prices you could buy a house. Last year I got my house at 64,000 for 577/mt. Something to think about and maybe look into.

then add all those taxes in, it's amazing how much I end up paying just in taxes, everyone wants their chunk of my money
