Sat is first day of trout...I'll be fishing
Plus I'd rather own a tc than go to D&B let alone the waterfront on the weekend.
I used to go to PRP when I had a fast car. It's pretty boring to do unless you have something fast otherwise it's like accelerating onto the highway
plus it slows down the show when you have to wait for everyone with their slow 15+ sec 1/4 mile races.

If it's sat I might show up after fishing since I'll probably be out in that direction. Though no racing for me, doing a 17-18sec 1/4 mi run is no fun. Though it's still faster than half the civics and other imports that show up.
^^ It's funny how far things have come. My uncle told me about when he was younger ( he's only 48 now), you were the **** and basically race material, if your car ran a 16 in the 1/4. Now 15 is considered slow and reachable by measly little 4 bangers.
I'd like to race once or twice, just to see what my car can do. I'm hoping to break 15, even if it's a 14.9 i'll be happy!! But i don't wanna kill my car so maybe just one or two runs.

Even my stock spec v ran a very low 15sec run there.
There's usually alot of fast imports there (dsm's, turbo hondas, wrx's, evo's, sr20det swapped 240s) Just look for the sleeper cars with the hybridynamics stickers on them.
You'll think differently about muscle cars that are close to stock when they race there, most are in the 15-17sec range.
