remember the whole Honda thing back in the day with honda throwing all these cool parties and what not
its a fad, in the coming years scion will pull out more, and then its going to just be another car company
the only car company who has always put on an event for there owners is Jeep with there whole "camp jeep" and it cost a good buck to do it
If you really love your car what does it even matter anyway
most people are in it for all the free crap and getting trophys, which is kind of sad.

I just noticed that my front fender is cracked. I am so jacked right now. grrrrrrrrr....

I picked my son up at a dance a few weeks back. I had some Scion sampler cd going with the lights and everything. When the kids saw my son step out of the crowd to get in the you heard all kinds of comments about the car. He just turned around and said "Yeah, its ours.". I could tell from the way he was acting that all of the work we did on this has made him proud.
So if Scion decides to back off of its marketing effort, shame on them. I even have people stop in at work to ask about the car. They have a son or daughter that wants one. Well if they are trying to get the 18-34 crowd its working. Marketing 101 if sales are down advertise more. The Japanese have perfected it, why they would stop is beyond me.
