Is it going to be Thursday June 19, 2008 or Sunday June 21, 2008? That weekend is when the Mid-Ohio event is going to be as well.
If it to be on the weekend/sunday (my personal vote) why don't we try to do it the week before or after the 21st?

I didn't want to give the one back I test drove, well actually I didn't I bought it. Had no real plans to get one but I couldn't resist. The seats do suck, they are wider than my butt and are perfectly flat and offer no support, but other than that and it's thirst for fuel it's pretty nice.

I saw an orange 2nd gen xb on 79 today. It was totally stock except for the color. It was almost hot lava orange but not as bright, though it could of been since it was dark and raining.

Good morning everyone!

Looks like the sea of scions show at Spitzer is going to be on June 19th (which is thursday). It is confirmed here at the official show post from Jesus...

That sounds pretty cool, I'd like to see one in that color. Aside from my green, the hot lava is one of my favorite colors that scion has put on a car.

I do like to drive the new xB and all of the improvements on the inside make it more comfortable than mine.

I haven't driven enough to form an opinion on the seats, they seam ok to me.

The gas mileage would kill me though the dash is telling me that I'm getting 23. I would end up working an hour a day just to pay for the gas that goes in the tank to comute to work.

It looks like a baby Forerunner to me instead of an xB. So as far as trading in and keeping it I am going to pass on this one. But I can see why Jamie and Brian got one this is just a little bigger than what I need.

I'm averaging all of 24.7mpg and it's almost all highway. I was averaging 28 for a while then it just went downhill during the winter. If you want really bad seats drive an xd for an extended period.

I'm having a few more lights installed. I'm doing green under my hood kind of like how Johnboy did his yellow. I am also having some black lights put behind the middle grill and green L.E.D.s in the head lights to give the car a new look from the front at night.

On Sunday I have another meeting with a cabinet maker to get started on a table that will fold out of the back of the car. I am hoping it will be done in time for the CMU show.

i dont know why toyota uses those seats

same kind in my yaris too

it sucks

im getting about 23 miles per gallon in the MR2 and thats with beating the hell out of it hehe

if i drive it normal ive gotten up to 32

not to bad for a 16 year old sports car

the yaris gets about 33ish but i have 17 X7's on it now

i use to get 38 with the 15's

i might switch back if the gas keeps going up this summer

That is SWEET, John. Great job. Can't wait to see it.

Gas doesn't kill me too bad because i use the CC on most of my drive to work because I drive down 60 most of the way. Can't wait to see the finished box, tim.

woo hoo, I have off this weekend. Hope everyone has a good one. Amanda and I are hanging with my mom on saturday, then I have massive amounts of wash to do on sunday. yuck!
