Their feedback isn't so hot, I got mine from the company below, they actually emailed me a tracking number and they shipped the next day (yeah I'm bitter with most of those ebay vendors with crappy service so they suprised me). Just make sure whoever you buy them from has them instock, unlike the first time around when I tried to buy them and the guy lied his way through a whole month before I got a refund and oredred from them.

Or you can get a set for a couple more bucks from steve at bbist here on scionlife, he guarantees them not to fog up.

I haven't yet, but I also went over the seam with some caulk.

I still haven't hooked up my halos yet either, it's been too cold to. At least the headlights themselves are easy to install, it took me about 45min only because it was so cold and I kept taking breaks. The headlight housings themselves look exactly like the stock ones but with projectors in them which kinda amazed me since every other cheap aftermarket lights I've ever had looked about as cheap as they cost.

 

Well they are about the same price, and I think I would rather go with someone that has dealt with the seller before. Ya I was worried about that feedback on the other. But you know ebay, its a crap shoot.

not really if you consider I spent nearly a $100 for a titanium for my subaru...though I have issues when it comes to stuff like that.
