Yeah .. Al called in a panic lol ... the rain date isn't a good date so this HAS to happen on Sunday. Reason being is because of Fall Nationals October 3rd and 4th which will mean that the show won't be as big at it will be this Sunday.

 

Ok guys and girls, this is the final word on the Street Wheelz car show. We are delaying load in time to 11am but you can get there earlier if your ok with rain. The show starts 1pm and goes on to 7-8pm.

 

Bad News guys ... despite of what was said earlier, I just recieved another phone call. The show has been canceled due to the fact that the rain has been pushed to Sunday now and not just the morning. Rain date is October 4th. See you then.

 

WHAT COME ON!!!!..............You guys believe that accu-weather/weather man crap.......atleast wait till the end of the day for a so called final word on the weather, matter of fact i recieved an email yesterday from rixmag stating that this show will be a rain or shine event.You better check whats up, if this is going to happen or not, cause as far as i know and according to what rixmag is saying its a rain or shine event

 

Hey man, the show has been cancelled and rescheduled for next week the 4th. I just spoke with Al, the guy running the show. Al was going to push the show roll in and time of show back but with the threat of heavy downpours and flooding he had to cancel it.

 

I have no idea why Rico would put out a statement like that (RIX Mag). Yes, RIX is a part of the show, but they're not running it at all. The show has been postponed till the rain date of October 4th. The weather was checked by channel 7 ABC as well as News 12 Long Island. It should have been raining now here, but is pushed until tomorrow. All day unfortunately where all of the car shows here on the island have been canceled.

 

i lost almost every scion coming now.. so looks like rob and i probably wont be going either if we have no other scions attending .. on top of that.. thats my birthday weekend... so last thing i need to do is stress over a show

 

Just got an email right now from rixmag stating about the postponement of the show for next week.This SUCKS BIIIIG TIME due to the fall nationals next week.Anyway im still down for next week
