I'm looking for a reputable tint place that warrantys their work. I know a few places will do all the windows of a tC for $150ish, but they're about an hour or more away.
Around the bergen/passaic county area.

Currently, I'm considering just doing the rear 3 windows.

You should go to the place I did mine at. I've taken all my cars there & they have a lifetime warranty. Its off of Ferry St in Newark, NJ. "Tai's Tinting" right nex to the Carwash.

 

I had to work too. But I played the you never called me at home bit. Cuz they called my "work cell"....which is in my "work van".

I paid $100 all around. They're cheap, reliable & they do a good job. & The place isnt that fancy, its in a garage.

Hey matt....u can go where i went, its on rt 46...around 170 with warranty and u kow mine looks nice lol!!!

 

I'm holding off until after June. But I'll do some checking around. I've never tinted any of my cars due to police paranoia... but I recently realized that if they want to pull you over, they'll find any excuse.

 

I'll get the info to you. I have to find the card first. But its on Market St. in Newark infront of the Burger Kind (if you know your way around Newark). In the ironbound section, not north nwk.

I've always had all my cars with tints. & i've never been pulled over for it. The only time was when I was going into the city via the lincoln during rush hour & the cop wanted to be a jerk, pulled me over, and gave me this lecture about tints, but he never gave me a ticket

LOL... Sorry to hear that.. Its kinda true though. I've gotten stopped before for speeding, tints, illegal turns, but they've never given me a ticket, jus a "warning", lol.

 

Once in a while I'll get a warning, or an alternate ticket. But two weeks ago, I got my first speeding ticket in the tc and it was from a cop in my home town.

 

Damn, that sucks. Usually cops in small towns are a-holes. I still havent gotten a ticket till this day. Gunna try to keep that cycle going, lol.
