So the turn-out for the meet was pretty good considering the weather was pretty bad (rain and more rain). Just so you guys know, I drove home in blizzard conditions (yes I mean major snow!). Anyway, I think we all had a good time and made the best of things - chowing down at the food court, shopping like a pack of mallrats, lol, and playing with remote contol cars. Here are some pics . . .

This looks like it was a great weekend for meets, 3 or 4 chapters had great turnouts this weekend.

 

I still don't know why we got tossed out of the Arcade. We didn't do anything but stand there and look cute. Even the guy in the video store was watching us like we were 12..

Nah wasn't cold for January... Was in the 40's. It was rainy, though.

 

Hey Nick when every one left the rain changed to sleet and the wind hit 30-40 mph. My g/f met me at the mall and we went to target and then to sizzlers.. falling ice hurts, thats all i have to say.

 

Yeah, it HURT walking back to the cars. Hooray for my remote start ;)

I drove through the rain/ice... wasn't too bad. Went home and took a nap and went back out again. 8:30 the roads were icy and nasty. I love my Avon Tech Tires. Didn't have a single problem or even a slide or ABS Kick-in.

 

I had to drive home in a snowstorm. Once I hit the NJ/PA state line it was nothing but a whiteout. It took me 45 minutes to drive to the meet and over 2 hours to get home. I was a nervous wreck!

 

Did you notice the guy at Spencer's was watching us like a hawk too. Gee, did we look like a bunch of hoodlums or what?

 

Yea, sorry i couldnt make it either. Ill def be there next meet up. Second saturday, ne one have a date on that one?

 

Oh yeah.... It got worse as you went west. Glad you got home safe, Cricket.

Who me? Yeah, I got my sis the dvd . . . and so did her boyfriend, so now I gotta take mine back.

 

I hate when that happends. I did that 2 times this Christmas season. I hope you have that store by you to return it to.

 

The second Saturday of next month would be February 11th.
