Default rohrich scion west liberty ave. pittsburgh

here's my experience with rohrich collision center
so my car got wrecked into the week before thanksgiving
quarter panel, trim , new rim, paint, 3400$ in damage (the other guys insurance paid)
it took 3 weeks to even get it in the shop
and then it took 16 days to get it back
there is 3 spots where the paint is flawed
the window tint has a scratch in it
there is greasy handprints all over the interior in the back seat
and a very sloppy job at cleaning the car up
the body work turned out good thats about it
all in all i would not take a used bicycle to that place let alone a car that is only 7 months old
the car was in mint condition
i know it was cause i do all my own detail work and im very good at it
now it looks like crap

be sure i am going up there on friday and im going to tell the body shop manager about it

the car is ruined cause some _______ hit me and the body shop did a ____ty job fixing it

i figured take it to the dealer cause they would fix it right
well i learned my lesson

That sucks man. I'm a freak when it comes to detailing too and to have someone else mess it up. We'll just say i'm not happy and neither is the person that messed it up. Good luck talkin to the manager.

I absolutely HATE Rohrich.

The 2 times I took my scion in for service there they were way overpriced and did a half-___ job. I live right by there, but would rather drive further to other dealerships.

Default Rohrich

You should have never picked up the car before going over it. You should have left it there until they corrected what was wrong and contacted the insurance company to hold payment until you were satified.

Good luck on getting it corrected. Rohrich Dealer does suck, I would never have gone there. Live and learn i guess.

Always use a good privite collision repair garage.

he was ____ed that his employees made such a mess and the are going to fix it and geve me the $ to get the window re-tinted.

it sucks cause now i got to put my car back in the shop but at least its getting fixed.

im gonna make them give me a couple free oil changes or somthing to pay for my aggravation
