We figured that the "Secret Santa" thing would require a meeting beforehand to get the names drawn, (difficult as people's time gets limited during the holiday season), and that would also mean everyone who drew names would have to make it to the party or things would get messed up - like if A draws B's name and A shows up with a gift but somehow B could not be there. You get the idea. Trying to get that level of coordination among a group like Scinergy IE is like trying to herd cats...

So it will be some sort of a 1-on-1 gift exchange, $15 to $20 suggested value, $20 tops. Everyone brings one gift so it all comes out even. By "some sort" it could be a straight gift exchange by drawing numbers, or maybe one or two chances to poach someone else's gift if you don't like what you drew.
